BackYour creative decisions and customer data are protected.
Teststrip is built to handle sensitive brand materials, packaging concepts, and reviewer feedback. We use industry-standard security controls to keep your data private, your rooms controlled, and your records safe.
Your creative work stays yours.
Between you and Teststrip, you maintain complete ownership of your original creative work. We do not use your images, concepts, or prompts to train our platform. For any AI-assisted outputs, we aspire to provide clear commercial rights so you can use what you create with confidence.
Authentication & access control
Decision rooms are tied to your account. Room owners control who can view, review, or edit. Reviewer links can be protected with a room-level passcode.
Row-level permissions
Your data is isolated by default. Database policies ensure a room, its concepts, feedback, and records are only visible to the owner and invited reviewers.
Encrypted data in transit and at rest
All traffic uses TLS. Files and database content are stored on infrastructure that encrypts data at rest by default.
Managed, audited infrastructure
Teststrip runs on a managed cloud platform with automated backups, patching, and access logging. We do not run our own servers.
No training on your materials
Your uploaded concepts, reviewer feedback, and decision records are used only to operate your room. They are not used to train models or shared publicly.
Security contact
If you discover a security issue or have a question, contact us at hello@teststrip.com and we will respond promptly.
A private room for every decision.
Every Teststrip room is a closed space. Only the room owner and invited reviewers can access the concepts and feedback. Decision records are owned by the room owner and can be downloaded or deleted at any time.
This page is maintained by Teststrip to answer common security questions. It describes the controls we have in place today, not a certification or audit opinion. For compliance or legal questions, please contact us.
